Container Loading Check (CLC)
We supervise the entire handling process, ensuring your final batch of products leaves the manufacturing facility in pristine condition. We ensure packaging is clean, cartons are dry, and containers are securely sealed against theft.
CLC Process: Step by Step
How we monitor correct batch handling
Container Condition Check
1hWe strictly verify if the container unit is completely dry, clean inside and out, with no holes or perforations that might compromise goods (e.g., water ingress during sea transit).
Quantity & Inventory Count
1-2hWe cross-check piece counts, carton and pallet numbers being loaded against the provided Packing List to ensure nothing is left behind.
Stacking Supervision
2-4hWe observe package placement so workers avoid crushing bottom layers beneath heavy stacks and prevent unneeded condensation points.
Applying the Container Seal
30mUpon completion, we place a legal seal over the freight doors, locking out unapproved access until it reaches your warehouse facilities.
Benefits of the CLC Service
Minimize damage and theft risks during transit
No Port Surprises
By applying our personal assigned lock seal and documenting the code, any theft in transit becomes highly obvious and accountable.
Moisture Prevention
We confirm zero leaks, averting the massive risk of your inventory arriving ruined from rain or leftover condensation inside the unit.
Certified Gentle Handling
The mere presence of our inspector observing warehouse handlers discourages box throwing, preventing scratching on electronics or fragile items.
Space Savings & Economy
Careless stuffing leaves expensive empty pockets. Our team requests repositioning cartons for a tight, space-efficient configuration.

Logistics FAQs
What else should you know?
Where is CLC performed?
Either at the manufacturer facility (if stuffed straight to container) or at a shipping port consolidation warehouse.
Can I do CLC for LCL shipments?
Yes, but the supervision targets placing goods on the correct pallets and wrapping them safely, rather than controlling the full metal container.
Do I pay extra for the security seals?
No. The standard seal is already included in our CLC supervision rate.
